Background
Madior Diouf is the legal counsel of YMF Audit & Conseils. Specialised in the legal management of companies, he works on litigation, insolvency proceedings and legal advisory to secure our clients' activity and control their risks.
With a strong command of OHADA law and experience gained in corporate and banking environments, he leads the firm's legal watch and assists the receiver in managing insolvency proceedings.
